New Pathways for Childhood and Youth Spiritual Formation

In 2024, The Younger Family Fund embarked on a new funding strategy focused on Youth Spiritual Formation and Development. To guide this effort, we conducted interviews and research to better understand the current landscape of youth spiritual development services and identify areas and strategies where funding is most needed. The resulting insights directly inform and guide our giving strategy as we invest in this new pillar of our work, and we hope they can be insightful to funders and practitioners exploring similar questions.

Strengthening Anti-Human Trafficking Efforts through Coordinated Strategy and Collaborative Funding

For more than three decades, the Younger Family Fund has supported grantees through our “Justice” strategy, focusing largely on human rights and anti-trafficking initiatives. In 2024, we paused to reflect on this giving strategy, evaluate the current landscape, and analyze those findings to guide the next steps in our Justice giving. The resulting paper offers insights useful for any funder giving to human rights and anti-human trafficking work.
